She worked with us in a very competitive market. She kept her cool and was encouraging when the market quickly changed in a 6 week period here in Morgan Hill. She encouraged us to look beyond the obvious and see potential where all we saw was discouragement. We were very happy with the ease with which we sold our house and her negotiating skills with the purchase of our home. I plan to purchase more properties in the future and plan to use Kathryn's services again. Kathryn has the ability to also help one purchase properties outside her normal area of operation - Santa Clara County. Kathryn is phenomenal! She came highly recommended and did not disappoint one bit. We needed someone who could help us sell my grandfather's home, and we faced quite a few challenges. We were out of state. We didn’t have the ability to spend much time in the area to ready the house for sale or to process the transaction. I was feeling very overwhelmed, and up steps Kathryn.
